Dr. Michael J. Lewis received his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. Following the completion of his General Practice Residency training at Long Island College Hospital in 2005 he undertook two years of postgraduate specialty training in Endodontics at NYU School of Dental Medicine. In recognition of his published clinical case work Dr Lewis was selected to serve as an online moderator at EndoLit.com, a website where endodontists can connect, share clinical cases and discuss current endodontic literature. He is a frequent speaker on the dental lecture circuit. Dr Lewis is a coauthor of the recently published AAE position statement on Maxillary Sinusitis of Endodontic Origin. Dr Lewis also serves as a clinical attending at Hackensack University Medical Center where he trains dental residents in the art and science of endodontics.
Dr. Lewis is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists, a member of the American Dental Association, a member of the Bergen County Dental Society, and a member of the New Jersey Dental Association. Dr. Lewis has also been consistently listed as one of New Jersey’s top dentists for several years. Dr. Lewis currently resides in Bergen County NJ with his wife Jennifer and their three children Eliana, Judah, and Nira.
